Getting Started Checklist - Use this checklist to start understanding how to optimize a system for better outcomes in your business.
FMEA - The FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) is a tool that comes from Six Sigma and helps you prioritize problems in a system based off the problem's potential impact and frequency of occurring.
RASCI Diagram - The RASCI Diagram (or RACI) stands for "Responsible, Accountable, Supportive, Consulted, Informed" and is a project management tool used to help you manage resources and communications. Use this to help plan your improvement efforts.
SIPOC 2.0 - The SIPOC is a Six Sigma tool which stands for "Supplier, Input, Process, Output, Customer" and is used to identify the process steps of a system in greater detail. This is built on the Six Sigma formula that states the outputs are a function of the inputs, meaning that the way to get different outputs is to change the inputs.
System Narrative - This is a simple template to show you how easy it is to put together a useful system narrative. The key here is simplicity! No need to overcomplicate this or build crazy documentation.
Time Tracking Template - The time tracking template allows you to start tracking and analyzing how you and your team are spending your time.
Change Impact Analysis - Use this tool to document the people in and around your business that will be impacted by bigger change initiatives. This is useful to help you proactively manage change which gives you a better chance at making those changes stick over time.
PRFAQ - Use a PRFAQ to help you develop a new product idea/concept into something that will excite your Customers.
